Reflexology is a therapy involving your feet (face or hands). Meridian lines are channels of energy that run through your body and organs. The ends of these energy channels can be found on your hands and feet and are called reflexes. With reflexology the reflexes on the feet are massaged and stimulated to aid energy flow along these channels which nourishes your whole body promoting a sense of well being. This therapy works wonders with re-balancing your body so it can function more easily and heal itself. Reflexology is also great if you prefer not to undress completely as you would for a full body massage.
Indian Head Massage is a very popular massage, which also works on the Meridian lines of the body and which can be done while you are sitting down. Adapted from its ancient roots to suit the needs of today's modern lifestyle, it concentrates on releasing tension from your neck and shoulders before working on the pressure points and built up tension in your head, scalp and face. It can also be done while dressed although the neck and shoulders will need to be bare. Indian Head Massage is particularly beneficial to those suffering from headaches, migraines and tinnitus.
Facial Rejuvenation Massage has always been very popular. It provides a holistic face massage using pressure points and energy lines to once again balance your body which provides you with a tremendous feeling of relaxation and a sense of well being. In addition to this, it 'plumps up' the natural collagen and elasticity of the face to provide a natural facelift. This massage is done while you lie down and, again, you can remain dressed except for the shoulders.
Full Body Massage uses aromatherapy oils and provides you with a relaxing treatment that helps release tension and stress from your whole body. Deborah combines this massage with her intuitive energy healing to help you release trapped emotional energy leaving you lighter, relaxed and rejuvenated.
