Why is this virus affecting some people so badly, yet others not at all?
So why is it that some people are having such a terrible time this year with the virus while others appear to be completely immune to it? How come some people are even denying that there is a virus whilst others have been really sick with it? How come this virus is affecting some people so badly, and others not at all?
I’d like to take a look at the situation from an energy healing perspective.
I am not a doctor and I am not medically trained. Maybe that is why my work is focused on health rather than sickness. What I propose here is, to me, common sense.
We know that most of the people who have fallen victim to this virus are the elderly and those with a compromised immune system. This in itself should act as a timely reminder that one’s health is directly related to one’s level of immune system function. The human body is an amazing work of art. Designed with precision. It also has its own self-healing mechanism built in. With a fully functioning immune system that self-healing mechanism works at its optimum.
Maybe it is time now to move our attention to how to maintain a high functioning immune system. Maybe we need to start focusing on how to “create” our health rather than how to “fight” disease. After all we are the natural born creators of our experience and not natural born fighters.
Although not emphasised in a doctor’s medical training, it is common sense that diet, exercise, fresh air and feeling good are essential to boosting one’s immune system function. It is often pointed out that it is more expensive to eat healthily but the question here is surely, why is unhealthy food so cheap and readily available?
Nutrition is key. Every time you eat something, you are either feeding your health or feeding your sickness. Many people still need to be educated on this fact and those who already know the importance of healthy eating need to take responsibility for the consequences of their own choices. Why are more people not talking about lemons?
Diet aside, I think we need to see things from an energetic perspective. We know from Nikola Tesla, and others, that everything is energy and, as such, everything vibrates at a certain frequency. We can see this clearly with food. Fresh fruits and vegetables are high vibrating foods while sugar and processed foods are low vibrating foods. But when we start seeing the world around us as energy we can see that food is not the only energy we consume.
Toiletries are energy. Rooms are energy. People are energy. That’s why some people drain you and others lift you. Books are energy. Some books will raise your vibration more than others. Films are energy and they will do the same as will music. If an energy is vibrating at the same frequency as you, then it will interest you and it will be drawn to you.
The energy around us is always having an effect on our own vibrational frequency and therefore, on our own level of immune system function.
And not just the energy around us. We ARE energy. The energy we are made of and the energy we carry within us has the greatest influence on our immune systems.
Remembering that everything is energy leads us to the understanding that our emotions, thoughts and beliefs are also energy and as such vibrate at a certain frequency. These too are affecting our overall energy and having a massive impact on our immune system.
This Scale of Consciousness shows the vibrational frequencies of different emotions. We know that positive emotions vibrate at a higher frequency than negative emotions. We can see this every day, albeit in a generalised nature, that happy people tend to be healthier than sad people.
Emotions, thoughts and beliefs, however, are not physical and are, therefore, not considered by the medical profession as having a significant effect on health, sickness or indeed the immune system. I beg to differ.
Another law of physics is that similar frequencies will be drawn to each other. In other words, like attracts like. So if you are full of love, you will draw to you more loving experiences and people, whereas, if you are full of fear you will draw to you more fearful situations. In other words, whatever overriding emotion you feel is the energy you draw to you. To add to this, we have been living in a culture where expressing emotions has been frowned upon.
Sigmund Freud (1856 – 1939) said,
“Unexpressed emotions will never die.
They are buried alive and will come forth later in uglier ways.”
These “buried” emotions are within all of us. We particularly bury the negative ones of course. If you do not express them, they will attract more of the same. And over time these trapped emotions will cause malfunction, disease and illness. They will also be one of the major influences on your immune system function.
These negative emotions over time can manifest into physical symptoms. The physical symptoms can sometimes be treated but the underlying root cause of the problem cannot be dealt with unless one is prepared to accept this energetic perspective. By the time the physical symptoms manifest the immune system has already been lowered and compromised. Trapped emotional energy, fear and stress are the major causes of an impaired immune system function.
So why do some people survive Covid -19 and not others? Why do some people have sudden recoveries from cancer yet others don’t? Why do some people get sick while others don’t? In my opinion, it has more to do with their level of vibration affecting their immune system function and their level of consciousness than it has to do with the disease or the treatment.
So how can you improve your immune system function? How can you expand your level of consciousness? How can you break the cycle of attracting what you don’t want into your life? To me it is logical. You need to raise your vibration. There are many ways one can do this. As everything is energy, you will need to look at all areas of your life.
A starter kit for raising your vibrations would look like:
Eating/drinking high vibrational whole foods and fresh fruits and vegetables
Avoiding all processed and artificial foods
Regular exercise, walking or movement preferably in fresh air
Choose activities and people that make you feel good
Be willing to change your beliefs and the way you think
Be kinder to yourself and spend more time alone if you can
Nurture Love – of self and others
